If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
